TEXEL centrifugal FRP fans are designed to withstand the test of time, ensuring excellent value, high performance, and few maintenance requirements due to our unique features. TEXEL fiberglass fans utilize an oil bath bearing which allows for longer bearing life, reduced vibration acceleration, and ability to operate at higher RPMs safely. TEXEL FRP blowers are tested by our engineers in accordance with AMCA standards before shipment. Our FTF series is AMCA certified for Sound, Air, & FEI (Formerly FEG). NSF Model FRP Fan 4,000 – 20,000 CFM /0-4″ WC

TEXEL-SEIKOW NSF series has a forward curved FRP impeller. The NSF series is best suited for low static pressure / high gas volume applications. The NSF series uses a grease lubricant system.

FTF 153-1403 / FRP Fan 100 – 130,000 CFM /1-18″WC

TEXEL-SEIKOW FRP blowers utilize a backward curved vinyl ester impeller. The FTF series can move corrosive gas efficiently with low noise characteristics. The housing of FTF models 153 - 403 consists of vinyl ester resin and models 503 - 1203 consists of polyester resin. Impeller for all models is made of vinyl ester resin. All the housings are coated with a UV resistant coating. The bearing system uses an oil bath system which minimizes oil leakage and does not require extended lube lines that are typical with grease lubricant. The Oil bath system also alleviates wearing the bearing. TEXEL-SEIKOW U.S.A., Inc. certifies the FTF series blowers are licensed to bear the AMCA Seal. The ratings shown are based on tests and procedures performed in accordance with AMCA Publication 211 & 311 which comply with the requirements of the AMCA Certified Ratings Program.
FTF FRP BLOWER

FTB 202-701 / FRP Fan 50 – 20,000 CFM / 8-50″WC

TEXEL-SEIKOW FTB series blowers adopted a backward curved design for impeller. The housing of FTB models 202 - 252 consists of vinyl ester resin and models 301 - 701 consists to polyester resin. Impeller for all models is made of vinyl ester resin. FTB models are suitable for high static pressure applications. The bearing system uses oil bath system which prevents an oil leakage and does not require extended lube lines that are typical with grease bearings. FTW Two Stage FRP Blower / Dual Impeller

TEXEL-SEIKOW FTW series dual stage blowers are used in industrial applications to meet the need for high pressure in moderate capacities. The FTW is a dual stage centrifugal FRP blower with two impellers for high pressure requirements and user can reduce installation space rather than using two blowers.
